CHASSIS

The vehicle is built on the Mercedes Unimog U5023 4x4 chassis, Euro 6, equipped with a 231 HP (170 kW) engine with mechanical transmission and 3850 mm wheelbase. The vehicle is equipped with progressive rate spring suspension on the front and rear axles providing excellent off-road capabilities and stability during operations in difficult terrain.

cab

The one-piece cab is designed to accommodate three firefighters (1+1+1) ensuring comfort and safety for the crew during firefighting and rescue interventions. Ergonomic arrangement of control elements and the use of modern technology enables convenient and intuitive operation of the vehicle.

SUPERSTRUCTURE

The superstructure is made of stainless steel and aluminum and contains 5 functional equipment lockers with optimal access to the equipment. The fire truck construction materials guarantee high durability while maintaining corrosion resistance and weight optimization.

TANKS

The vehicle is equipped with a 3000-liter water tank and a 100-liter foam tank. This configuration allows for longer fire extinguishing without the need for frequent refilling of extinguishing agents, which is particularly important during interventions in remote areas distant from the sources of water.

PUMP

The vehicle is equipped with a Ruberg E30 truck-mounted pump with high rated flows of 3000 l/min at 10 bar. The pump ensures effective firefighting interventions using both water from the vehicle's tank and from external sources, providing great operational flexibility.

Weight and Dimension

The vehicle's kerb weight is 7257 kg while the gross vehicle weight (GVW) is approximately 14,500 kg. The vehicle’s mass and dimensions of 7080 mm x 2530 mm x 2900 mm (length x width x height) provide appropriate usable space, significant load reserve for equipment and extinguishing agents, as well as optimal maneuverability in difficult terrain and necessary functional space in the superstructure.
